Here lies a better future?

With the results of the State elections tripping in from different states of the federation. Although it is still hard to say, it does look like APC will carry the day in the North and Southwest. 

It is rumored that Seen. Alhassan, a woman won in Taraba- if this is true, then it becomes the first time a woman is elected governor in Nigeria. Most of us would have thought a state like Taraba would lead the way in such a manner(although Anambra state had a stint of a female governor in Etiaba). I would have thought Lagos would have led the way!

Ekiti state and Fayose is rumored to have won all 26 seats in Ekiti State. I hope this would prevent him from being impeached. In as much as I may not like 'wholly' the personality of the man, Fayose, he has proved that he's a man to reckon with wnen it comes to politicking and politics in Nigeria.

Legs are crossed and mouths are wagging on the outcome of the elections. I'm patiently waiting for the Final results from INEC!
