Hearing
such voice as this gets me excited and spurs me more towards the ‘Life Project’.
Kamsi,
wrote “O Mother of Jesus Christ
the Savior, be with me. The unjust sit on our
wealth as leaders of the people: they have
taken our wealth; they have imported inflation,
our wealth they have devalued. This evil
thrives knowingly, public and private with no
abiding piety or mercy. This evil infects our
human veins like the people of Gomorrah.
WHAT A GENERATION OF DARKNESS
women
climb women and seek for marriage and love, men
seek men in search of sex and love. The foolishness
of Sodom and the tramp of their iniquities. The
love of money has become d root of all evil, blood
money is counted among the rich. Counterfeit
men fill d cities with d dung of their crimes.
The
church is in sorrow of overburdened crimes. The
unjust, O Lord have bewitched your people. Sorcerers and occultists set traps to enslave the innocent. They have no peace but desire for evil; deadly diseases have befallen our time, cancer tears our skins and ligaments with no cure, AIDS make dry fresh bones of the people and deadly flu takes birds and men alike. To whom shall we go to O Lord?, you have the message of eternal life!
We have
need for a leader as Cyrus of old; a king as David,
one who rules in dominions of your
Kingdom;
who has fear of You that our nation may be freed form captivity.
Jesus put a stir to
the world that sons of men will live again in
the fear of God – AMEN”

The above
is a reflection of one, who is not happy with the statuesque, Kamsi is sad at
the turn of things, she is unhappy that the world, created by a good God is
plagued by so many evil. Such evils as bad leadership, deadly diseases, sin – especially of the flesh.
We are
God’s mouthpiece in this
world. Kamsi has succinctly made her case, she has joined litany of men and
women who have kept faith with Christ’s injunction
of ‘bearing witness to the
truth’.
It excruciatingly
painful that our world is in such a denigration, that we forsake God, the
summit of our life! It is the more saddening that those few who chose to bear
witness to the truth are persecuted, tried, fought and in extreme cases,
terminated.
The good
thing is that we do not owe our lives, our lives belong to God, who does with
us, whatever he wills! We must therefore stand firm in our resolve to do good,
preach good and live godly. Jesus is our example in this quest; the scripture
records that he was moving about ‘doing
good’. Less is not expected
from us!
Let us
join hands, and resolve from this day, to be witnesses to the truth, to be God’s mouthpiece in this world of
sorrows and tears; to lead men and women, small and big, young and old to God – this is our calling.
We must
see the holistic nature of life and as such approach it holistically – being good in all situations. Scouts
calls this pure perfections (perfectionis simpliciter).
